Daily Responsibilities:
Five-Star Service: Execute elite table service and guest interaction standards as a lead Waiter in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Menu Mastery: Maintain expert-level knowledge of fine-dining menus and wine pairings to drive Restaurant sales through professional upselling.
Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact in the dining room, ensuring every guest receives a polished and empathetic Hospitality welcome.
Operational Precision: Manage the flow of the dining floor and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure Server efficiency during peak hours.
Quality Assurance: Monitor all service areas to ensure they meet the 100% “world-class” standards expected of a luxury Restaurant.
Requirements:
Luxury Experience: Proven work experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or lead Server in a high-end country club or five-star hotel.
Communication Skills: Polished, professional verbal English with a talent for building lasting connections within the Hospitality industry.
Self-Direction: Proven discipline to manage a busy station independently without the need for constant supervision from leadership.
Detail Orientation: You understand that in the luxury Restaurant world, precision in service is what defines the brand.
Technical Fluency: Comfort using modern point-of-sale (POS) systems and digital booking tools to manage guest flow.
