Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House & Hotel Hospitality: Warmly welcome guests to our luxury hotels and fine dining venues, manage seating plans, and ensure a smooth, elegant flow of guest arrivals throughout service.
Reservation & Table Management: Handle daily table reservations, manage guest waiting lists, and coordinate seating arrangements using computerized hotel reservation systems.
Guest Relations & VIP Service: Recognize VIP guests, regular hotel patrons, and international travelers, delivering personalized service that aligns with 5-star hotel standards.
Team Coordination: Liaise closely with hotel floor managers, waitstaff, and kitchen teams to communicate guest special requests, birthdays, and dietary preferences.
Ambassador of First Impressions: Maintain immaculate front-desk and foyer presentation, manage telephone inquiries, and uphold the luxury brand image of our world-class hotels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Passport & Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid South African Passport.
Hospitality Experience: Proven track record as a Hostess, Receptionist, or Front-of-House Agent (prior experience in luxury hotels, 5-star hotel dining, or high-volume premium restaurants is a strong advantage).
Communication & Demeanor: Flawless spoken English communication skills with a clear, warm, and highly polished demeanor suitable for luxury hotels.
Polished Presentation: Exceptional personal grooming, elegant posture, and a confident, welcoming presence.
Relocation Readiness: Willingness and eligibility to relocate full-time to Dubai, UAE.
