Living and working in Dubai places you at the center of one of the world’s most dynamic luxury travel destinations. From navigating famous corridors like Downtown Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road and the vibrant Dubai Marina to handling guest arrivals across Palm Jumeirah, you will act as a key frontline ambassador representing prestigious 5-star hotel brands. In this role, you will deliver a smooth, punctual, and high-end transit experience for international travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Transportation & Chauffeur Service: Provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for hotel guests, VIP arrivals, airport transfers, and private resort excursions.
Vehicle Maintenance & Fleet Presentation: Maintain company and hotel vehicles in pristine condition, conducting daily safety checks, cleanings, and fuel management.
Concierge & Guest Support: Assist guests with luggage handling, offer polite local information regarding Dubai attractions, and maintain professional etiquette.
Route & Schedule Optimization: Navigate routes efficiently using digital GPS tools, adhering strictly to UAE traffic laws, speed limits, and hotel operational standards.
Documentation & Log Management: Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and vehicle handover documentation as required by hotel management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Passport & Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid South African Passport.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (holding or being eligible for a UAE Light Vehicle Driver’s License conversion is required).
Driving Experience: Proven professional driving experience, preferably within 5-star hotels, luxury chauffeur services, or corporate transport fleets.
Communication & Demeanor: Excellent spoken English communication skills with a clear, polite, and professional customer service manner suitable for luxury hotels.
Relocation Readiness: Willingness and eligibility to relocate full-time to Dubai, UAE.
