We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented IT Administrator to oversee hotel tech infrastructure, ensure network reliability, and support daily hospitality IT operations for high-profile international guests and hotel management.

From managing high-speed networks across iconic landmarks in Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina to supporting resort-wide guest WiFi and POS systems along Palm Jumeirah, you will represent leading 5-star hotel brands. In this essential role, you will maintain the digital backbone that powers seamless 5-star hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
System & Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain hotel servers, local area networks (LAN/WAN), wireless access points, and cybersecurity protocols to ensure uninterrupted network uptime.
Hospitality Software Support: Administer and troubleshoot hotel property management systems (PMS like Opera), point-of-sale systems (POS like Micros/Symphony), keycard access control, and IP telephony.
Hardware & Helpdesk Resolution: Provide rapid L1/L2 technical support for hotel staff and guest room technology, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral device issues promptly.
Data Security & Backups: Perform routine system backups, enforce data protection standards, manage user access permissions, and prevent cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
Vendor & Asset Coordination: Oversee IT asset inventory, manage software licensing, and coordinate hardware repairs or upgrades with third-party technology vendors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Passport & Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid South African Passport.
IT Qualifications & Experience: Degree, Diploma, or professional certifications in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or Computer Science (CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are highly advantageous).
Technical Experience: Proven track record as an IT Administrator, Systems Engineer, or Technical Support Specialist (prior experience in luxury hotels or hospitality tech systems is a strong plus).
Communication & Demeanor: Flawless spoken English communication skills with a clear, professional, and patient customer service approach suitable for 5-star hotel environments.
Relocation Readiness: Willingness and eligibility to relocate full-time to Dubai, UAE.
