In this essential role, you will act as a key guardian of guest comfort—ensuring every room, lobby, and guest space reflects immaculate luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Room & Public Area Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and maintain luxury hotel guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, and public amenities according to strict 5-star hotel standards.
Bed Making & Linen Care: Strip, clean, and remake guest beds with crisp linens, managing towel changes and replenishing guest room supplies.
Surface Cleaning & Floor Care: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, polish fixtures, sweep, and mop hard surfaces using commercial-grade hotel cleaning products.
Bathroom Sanitation: Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and restock hotel bathrooms, ensuring total cleanliness and hygiene compliance.
Lost & Found / Safety Reporting: Report damaged fixtures, missing items, or maintenance issues promptly to housekeeping supervisors and maintain strict guest confidentiality.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Passport & Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid South African Passport.
Cleaning Experience: Proven experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or Room Attendant (prior experience in luxury hotels, commercial cleaning, or high-end residential properties is an advantage).
Work Ethic & Stamina: Strong physical stamina, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle manual cleaning duties efficiently during full shifts.
Communication & Demeanor: Good basic English communication skills with a polite, respectful, and reliable demeanor suitable for luxury hotels.
Relocation Readiness: Willingness and eligibility to relocate full-time to Dubai, UAE.
