Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Hotel Hospitality: Welcome guests to our luxury hotels and fine dining venues with a warm, professional demeanor, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver attentive table service.
Menu Knowledge & Recommendations: Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel dining menus, beverage pairings, daily specials, and dietary restrictions to make personalized recommendations.
Section & Service Maintenance: Ensure hotel dining rooms, side stations, and luxury restaurant table setups are impeccably prepared and maintained according to 5-star hotel service standards.
Order Efficiency & POS Management: Accurately process guest orders through the hotel’s POS system, coordinate timing with kitchen/bar teams, and handle bill settlements efficiently.
Upselling & Guest Satisfaction: Actively suggest add-ons and premium options to elevate the guest experience while representing prestigious international hotels and dining brands.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Passport & Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid South African Passport.
Hospitality Experience: Proven track record as a Waiter, Waitress, or Food & Beverage Attendant (prior experience in luxury hotels, 5-star hotel dining, or high-volume premium restaurants is a strong advantage).
Communication & Demeanor: Flawless spoken English communication skills with a clear, warm, and professional customer service manner suitable for luxury hotels.
Polished Presentation: Outstanding personal grooming, strong interpersonal skills, and a confident, enthusiastic presence.
Relocation Readiness: Willingness and eligibility to relocate full-time to Dubai, UAE.
